WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

New Zealand wide only. All final checkout payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). GST payments are not incurred at checkout.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

New Zealand: 2–5 business days

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Australia: 5–10+ business days

All products are stocked in New Zealand and shipped directly from our location in Auckland after quality checks. Our distributers are local and we work with local embroiders to keep costs down. All orders are tracked through NZ Post.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can track your order using that link at any time to see the latest updates on your shipment.

Didn't receive your tracking email? Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us at customerservice@trekkenapparel.com and we'll be happy to assist.

When will my tracking number be available?

Tracking is usually available within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase in accord with the NZ Consumers Guarantees Act and NZ Fair-Trading Act.

Enquires: We are a small startup business and respond to genuine enquires only. We do not respond to spammers, scammers or sales representatives.

We offer a 30-day return policy if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact sales@trekkenapparel.com within 12 days so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

We aim for 3 days New Zealand. We charge $10.00 for NORTH ISLAND. $12.00 for the rest of NEW ZEALAND

Australia standard shipping typically takes 4 –12+ business days. We quality-check every item locally. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

No. We do not sell or distribute internationally.

No, we do not guarantee all our products contain recycled materials. You will find most of our products are 100% recycled, semi-recycled items and organic but some are not. Recycled garments meet independent global standards of OEKO-TEX - free of dangerous chemicals and responsible production.
