What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact sales@trekkenapparel.com within 12 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does shipping take?

We aim for 3 days New Zealand. We charge $10.00 for NORTH ISLAND. $12.00 for the rest of NEW ZEALAND

Australia standard shipping typically takes 4 –12+ business days. We quality-check every item locally. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

All products are stocked in New Zealand and shipped directly from Auckland.

Do you offer free international shipping?

No. We are not currently selling internationally.

What if I'm not happy with my product?

Are your products Eco-Friendly and Sustainable?

No, we do not guarantee all our products contain recycled materials but you will find some are 100% recycled, semi-recycled items and organic. Recycled garments meet independent global standards of OEKO-TEX - free of dangerous chemicals and responsible production.

300gsm midweight fabric with a soft cotton face and durable recycled core(80% cotton, 20% recycled polyester — marles contain additional polyester)

Brushed interior for warmth and next-to-skin comfort

Matching drawcords with metal tips

Bar-tacked front and back pockets for strength where it counts

Pre-shrunk and anti-pill for long-term wear

Diverts approx. five 500ml plastic bottles from landfill

SIZE GUIDE

Measure in CM from the top of the garment shoulder to the bottom hem of the garment for length.

Next, measure from the bottom of the armhole across the chest to the other armhole for width in CM.

Compare your measurements to the size chart guide for the closest size match.

Note: measurements can vary within 1 inch, this is within our tolerance.
