What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact sales@trekkenapparel.com within 12 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does shipping take?

We aim for 3 - 5 days New Zealand and Australia standard shipping typically takes around 5 –7+ business days. We quality-check every item locally. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

All products are stocked in New Zealand and shipped directly from Auckland, not dropshipped.

We offer free delivery at checkout for most items within NZ otherwise flat rates may apply.

Do you offer free international shipping?

No. We are not currently selling internationally.

What if I'm not happy with my product?

Please let us know if you're product does not stack up to your standards and we will try to make things right. If your item does not fit, we're happy to exchange it for another size or provide a refund. Please follow our return policy instructions or get in touch with us.

Are your products Eco-Friendly and Sustainable?

No, we do not guarantee all our products contain recycled materials. We have a dedicated 100% recycled collection, and you will find some semi-recycled items and organic in our Classic Range.
Recycled garments meet independent global standards of OEKO-TEX - free of dangerous chemicals and responsible production. We quality-check every item locally and curate pieces to order to be more sustainable rather than mass-producing wasteful lines — having partners who are also relatively responsible matters to us. We are always learning and looking to improve where we can.
