What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact our customer service team within 12 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does shipping take?

We aim for 3 - 5 days New Zealand and Australia standard shipping typically takes around 5 –7+ business days. We quality-check every item locally. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

All products are stocked in New Zealand and shipped directly from Auckland, not dropshipped.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.80 for South Auckland. Northland, West, Waikato to Wellington Island tracked $12.88. South Island $26.05 max weight 3kg. Australia tracked parcels $25.31 under 1kg or over $37.38 Economy tracked 2kg max.

Do you offer free international shipping?

No. We are not currently selling internationally. Please check our shipping page for more details. Standard Shipping charges apply at flat rates from $8.40 - $26.05 for all NZ Courier orders by region. Australia order delivery is $25.31 - $37.38

What if I'm not happy with my product?

Please let us know if you're product does not stack up to your standards and we will try to make things right. If your item does not fit, we're happy to exchange it for another size or provide a refund. Please follow our return policy instructions or get in touch with us.

Are your products Eco-Friendly and Sustainable?

No, we do not guarantee all our products contain 100% recycled materials. We have a dedicated recycled collection, and you will find some semi-recycled items in our Classic Range. We are the opposite of fast fashion. Our main suppliers hold certifications and are for sustainable trade. Whether being GRS/RCS certified or an Amori member helps ensure products are made without child labor, unsafe working conditions and discrimination.
Recycled garments meet independent global standards of OEKO-TEX - free of dangerous chemicals and responsible production. We quality-check every item locally and curate pieces to order to be more sustainable rather than mass-producing wasteful lines — having partners who are also relatively responsible matters to us. We use 100% biodegradable packaging, recycle our packaging. We are always learning and looking to improve where we can.
